13/11/2018

YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO REPRESENT THE COMMUNITY IN DISTRICT-WIDE DECISION MAKING

Do you want to help make a difference for your community? We are looking for representatives from the Voluntary and Community Sector across South Derbyshire to be nominated and elected to the South Derbyshire Partnership Board and Theme sub-groups. If you are elected you will be part of a wide range of organisations who will help shape future local decision making and strategy, contribute to service plans and spending, and make sure that the community has a voice, and is recognised and valued.

If you are interested in being nominated – or nominating someone – then please click here to open the information/nomination form which tells you all about what it means to be a representative, and how to go about getting elected! Nominations will need to reach South Derbyshire CVS by 12 noon on Friday 30th November 2018, with voting taking place through December, and representatives being elected before Christmas 2018. Nominations can also be submitted by completing the Nominations Form - please click here.

If you need any further information or have any queries than please contact Richard Murrell, Networks and Partnerships Manager at South Derbyshire CVS on 01283 219761 or email richm@sdcvs.org.uk.
